To begin, circle the inner + outer rhythms you are experiencing today on the chart below.
This practice draws you into the present moment, allows you to weigh all energies and helps you decide what is best for you.
Example: You may typically feel a lot of energy and extroversion while Ovulating so you plan a big party for that time in your cycle. When the day comes, you unexpectedly dread a house full of people and want to curl up on the couch. This may be because it is a New Moon and in the middle of Winter.
Becoming aware of how your Menstrual Cycle feels through the changing seasons and astrological events will help you plan for the most inspired action.
Example: You know you like to slow down and do less before you bleed but this month, you feel a surge of clarity and energy to finish a project. This may be due to the Full Moon's energy.
Example: My Moon Magic is a business aligned with it's creator's inner and outer rhythms. Fall (Luteal) and Winter (Menstrual) may be the busiest online shopping times of the year with the holidays but just as it does not feel good to work hard before her period, it does not feel good to work more this time of year. - If you are in your bleeding years and experience infrequent or irregular menstrual cycles.

Checking things off a To-Do List can feel so good...but does that looming list of a thousand "shoulds" stress you out when you're just not in the mood? For Divine Feminine and cyclical beings, the practice of keeping a Bleed List is a much more efficient way to follow inspiration.
Before you begin - If you are in your bleeding years, prioritize your inner, menstrual rhythm over the outer, lunar phases. Feel into where you are in your menstrual cycle and then take into account the energy of the moon. For example, Luteal Phase can feel like a time of low energy and detachment but the Full Moon may be shining bright, giving you a little more energy to complete things later into your cycle than if you were in your Luteal Phase with the New Moon.
