Manifest Anything with this Meditation Practice

Great news! You don't need to quiet your mind.

Instead, meditate to observe your thoughts. Observe the thoughts and beliefs creating your reality each day, notice if they support your desires or generate doubt.  
If you desire a peaceful, abundant life but the majority of your thoughts are of worry and fear, your thoughts are not aligned with your desires. You will not manifest what you want, you will continue to manifest what is.

Mala beads are a great meditation container so you don't have to go it alone.

Your mind wants to move.

You get to decide which direction it moves in.
Don't believe everything you think.
Your mind will follow the most well-worn neuropathways, the thoughts you've been thinking your whole life. It takes awareness and daily training with meditation to move your mind in the direction of your desires. This practice requires thinking new thoughts and forming new beliefs, exactly what you will learn in The Manifesting with the Moon Course, You will get very clear about what you truly want and where you may be resisting its manifestation with limiting beliefs. 

Thoughts become things, observe your thoughts.  

This is an on-going practice, a curiosity and life-long journey. It will be easier at some times and more difficult around certain topics.

Set a timer for 3 minutes. Notice, write down or say out loud all the thoughts you think in 3 minutes. You are cultivating something called the Neutral Observer by objectively noticing the thoughts you are thinking.
Notice your thoughts from an outside perspective and wonder WHO is doing the observing. If you are able to observe your thoughts, who are you?

This is what some people call your True Self.

Release the layers of scarcity and limiting beliefs you've layered upon your spiritual being having this human experience. You CAN be, do and have all that you desire.
Now, do the 3 minute practice again while thinking about something more specific. See what your mind has to say about it.
What kind of thoughts are you thinking? What do you believe about what is possible? 

Do the thoughts you think support your desires? Are they full of doubt and worry? Do they contradict each other?
If, for example, your thoughts are about unworthiness, that's great news! Now you are aware of a worth limiting belief that can be explored and healed! Reach out, I'm here for you. 

If your thoughts are about HOW or WHEN something will manifest, you're off the hook - you can't control those things. You're daily practice will be to let go of urgency and embrace non-linearity while cultivating unconditional inner peace along the way! 
"I want it but don't know how to get it."

"I need it by next Wednesday."
Turn worries of HOW or WHEN your desires will manifest into general affirmations like the ones below. Align with these affirmations when you feel worried, rushed, scarce and doubtful; the energy of urgency will block your desires from manifesting everytime. 
"I don't yet see it but I can feel it."

"If I have a desire, its manifestation is possible."

Contradictory thoughts

A wonderful woman in The Manifesting with the Moon Course simultaneously thought that she should...

1. Lower her prices and rely on her Financial Intention for abundance. This felt fun and light but then worried that this was a reaction to people not buying her services at full price. 

2. Raise her prices to fully cover her materials, time and overhead. This felt responsible but it made her wonder if she was deriving her worth externally from her sales, and if people would pay. 

She circled around and around with the equal list of pros and cons in her mind for weeks until she declared in her intention, "I feel great about my pricing!" "I love connecting with and serving amazing people. I feel valued, honored and respected!" Instead of chasing the thoughts around her mind, she continually aligned with these intentional statements, let go of urgency and receive the perfect inspired action for her.  

When you're having a good day, what kind of thoughts do you think about yourself?

When you are having a bad day, what kind of thoughts do you think about yourself?
How could one voice inside your head have such conflicting options. How could it all be correct? 

Deciding who you are based on external influences can start to feel like a rollercoaster. If something goes well, you're good. If someone doesn't cooperate, life sucks. Regain your power by observing the contradictory thoughts in your mind, be your own loving parent and redirect them to the new beliefs in your intention. 

Change your mind. 

Each time you learn something new, your brain makes a new synaptic connection. This means that with each new connection, your brain is physically changing. The foundation of neuropsychology can be summed up into the phrase: "nerve cells that fire together, wire together." Learning something new generates a new connection, while practicing or repeating what you learned maintains the connection. - How to Rewire Your Brain for More Positive Thinking With Neuroplasticity

The beliefs you were raised with and the thoughts you choose to keep thinking each day have very strong neural connections, that is why they feel automatic, they feel like YOU. They may not align with what you desire but they feel too familiar to change. That is why change can feel scary. 
When you feel triggered, that is a strong, old neural pathway firing to warn you of potential danger that may no longer be present. 

Living in a state of fear will not allow you to receive the inspiration you need to follow your dreams.
It is not recommend to heal triggering moments in the midst of them, that can be way too difficult. Instead, create a daily practice to redirect their power. Create a proactive, daily meditation practice to cultivate awareness and prevent triggered intensity.

After you are triggered, observe how it was less intense than last time because of your practice and what you learned about yourself from it. Get curious as to how absolutely everything is for you and choose what you want to do with the information or experience. 

Meditation helps you manifest your desires by observing what you think and believe.

What you think and believe becomes your reality.

Create a daily practice.

Meditation allows you to observe the kind of thoughts you think and gives you the space to choose if you want to keep strengthening them.

The Manifesting with the Moon

How will you practice each day? A morning routine is essential to get out ahead of old patterns and set the tone of your day. Your mind is programmed to look for what you focus on, it WILL find negativity if that is what you're thinking. Great news - it will also find ways to prove that today is the best day of your life if that is what you decide, woo!

Observe your thoughts, read or listen to something inspiring, journal - whatever feels fun, inspiring and empowering to you. I recommend 3 to 20 minute guided meditations on YouTube or mala beads as a meditation container so that you don't have to go it alone. With a mala, you'll enjoy 108 deep breaths while noticing your thoughts. There is no need to keep track of time, when you reach the final bead, you're done! 


Try a change of scenery. If you are stressed at the office, leave the office to change your perspective. A moving meditation like walking or doing an activity that requires focus can be grounding and get you 'in the zone' of unlimited awareness.  

Create your reality.

Your mind is a tool. It gathers vibrational sensory data and draws from your past experiences to make meaning out of your present moment. Trusting only this finite and skewed source of information will continue to recreate your current reality. Meditation is an observation, a stepping back and opening to possibilities outside of the ones that have shaped you so far.
One person could see a red, vintage BMW and assume that the driver is a jerk because their old neighbor used to loudly peel out. Another person could see the same car and remember cruising down California's Pacific Coast Highway smelling the salty air and feeling free.
Realizing that you are not the voice in your mind is essential to becoming aware of what you think and how those thoughts shape your reality. 

When something happens, what do you believe about it? What are you making it mean?

It may feel like you are reporting facts but you are actually reinforcing the limiting beliefs that are creating your reality.

"I knew it wouldn't last. Great things happen but not all the time and definitely not the big stuff."
becomes...
"Of course everything works out for me!  I don't control HOW or WHEN but it's always fun to see how things unfold better than expected. I feel good when I cultivate unconditional inner peace and align with my intention daily!"
